We will consider and address the privacy risks first when we are planning to use or hold personal information in new ways, such as when introducing new systems and be open with individuals about how we use their information and who we give it to. We will make it easy for individuals to access and correct their personal information. We will keep personal information to the minimum necessary and delete and dispose of it when we no longer need it adopting the correct disposal procedures. We have in place effective safeguards to make sure personal information is kept securely and does not fall into the wrong hands. Pricing

All orders made by you are the property of Chic Interior until payment has been received in full and is verified in our bank account. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Orders will be subject to acceptance and availability. We will endeavour to notify you if your order cannot be processed for whatever reason. For the avoidance of any doubt: no contract will exist between you (the buyer) and Chic Interior (the seller) of any product until payment is received in full and is confirmed by Chic Interior and you have received a confirmation email from Chic Interior stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. All our products are priced and correct at the time of listing. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice and at any time. The recommended retail price stated by Chic Interior is as recommended by our suppliers.

Returns Policy

We hope you like our products and will not need to return them to us, however if you do wish to return your item we would need to be informed within 14 days of receiving the item, the item will need to be in an unused condition and within the same packaging and box including labels still attached, the item needs to be returned back to us within 14 days or the item can not be accepted back, all returns costs are for the customer to pay. If you do not have the original packaging and box intact the item will be non-returnable. Refunds are less any delivery charges we have incurred. Online sales are based on the content offered by the retailer and not just the images shown, customers are agreeing to reading the full content description before placing there order. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled if you are wanting to cancel your order you will be required to return it to us within the original packaging and box. Once we receive this back a refund will be issued less the delivery charges we have incurred. Customers are to arrange there own returns if the item is not suitable. If a return is requested due to the item being damaged we need to be informed within 48 hours of receiving the item and require images of the damage, we will also require an image of the internal and external packaging for any collection to be arranged (even if the item is just not suitable) the courier request this for the collection to be uploaded to ther system, the internal/ external packaging does need to be intact and how it was when delivered.

Seasonal Items

When placing an order for a seasonal item whether this is Easter, Halloween or Christmas and you change your mind and do not want the item, the item does need to be on its way back to us (tracking requested to show this) before the seasonal event has taken place. This is due to far to many people placing orders using the product for the seasonal event and then returning them. We will not accept any returns for a seasonal item after this seasonal event has passed.

If you have received a damaged item we need to be informed within 48 hours of receipt of goods with images of the damage, we will allow an extra 24 hours for the images to be sent to us we cannot extend this time as all couriers require evidence of damage within 3 days of receipt of goods please note imperfection, distressing marks and chips are not damage most of our items are intentionally made this way to give the shabby chic finish. A pre-paid label will be provided for damaged goods only the customer will need to return the item to the couriers depot and ensure the item is within the original box and packaging exactly as it was when received. If you just do not like your item or it was not what you expected the returns costs will be for the customer to cover. If a partial refund has been offered and accepted by the customer this then makes the order non returnable. Partial refunds are at the discretion of the managing director.

Seconds Items

These are items that may have some damage to them and we offer the item for considerably less than the original price, all seconds items are non returnable and non refundable.

Failed Refused or Rejected or cancelled deliveries, if the customer decides they no longer want the item and refuses or rejects delivery the cost for both the failed/refused delivery and the return costs will be deducted from any refund made to the customer, the cost for a refused delivery can be upto £100 depending on the item, cancellations are not accepted after orders have left us.

Large furniture and large mirrors will require returning using a specialist furniture delivery company or pallet company. If you are requiring to return a piece of furniture or large mirror as it is not suitable the cost involved for the collection is for the customer to pay, we can arrange the collection for you however payment will be required before a collection can be booked. Once the item is returned to us the delivery charges we have incurred will be deducted from any refund (please note this can be between £40.00-£80.00) We will not accept a courier return for any large furniture or mirror as items are not cared for and may arrive back to us in a damaged condition(Certain exclusions apply) if the item received is damaged and we have replacement parts available these will automatically be sent out to you to make your item good.

 

Large Furniture and Extra Large Mirrors Delivery Information

All furniture items and extra large mirrors are sent with a specialist furniture company or on a pallet depending on the product and your postcode. The specialist delivery company will collect from us then consolidate van loads for areas before contacting you to arrange a suitable day and timeslot. Please add a contact telephone number to your details when purchasing furniture or mirrrors as the specialist furniture delivery company will need to contact you regarding delivery. Please allow 10-20 working days for delivery, if your address is the very high or low parts of England and Wales then please allow a little longer. We do not deliver Extra large mirrors to Northern Ireland, Scotland or any off-shore address. If your item is delivered on a pallet this is a drop curb / driveway service and it needs to be taken off the pallet so we would recommend you have someone to assist you as the driver may not help.

Mirrored Furniture 

Most of our mirrored furniture will arrive with the drawer handles on the inside of the unit and these will need attaching. There will be protective stoppers which sit in between the glass and the handle this must be used to stop the glass from cracking. If you have a piece of furniture which is wood with glass the handles must not be overtightened as this can cause the glass to crack underneath the wood only softly tighten these handles. We are not liable for customers overtightening the handles and cracking the glass or not using the protective stoppers provided, this is solely the customers responsibilty.

 

Wooden Painted Furniture 

All our wooden painted furniture has a top laquer to protect and preserve the life of the furniture, when your order arrives it may have a strong smell due to the laquer this will go after a few days in a well ventilated room. Without the laquer the furniture would not last its life time. This is not a fault with the product it is a requirement.

Orders & Discount Codes

All orders are not confirmed until Chic Interiors accept the order. Orders can be cancelled by Chic Interiors for any reason and a refund issued. We offer discounts codes on the website from time to time and these can be used at the checkout, coded offers must always be used at the checkout we cannot offer refunds due to the code not be used.

Pre-Ordering

Pre-orders are available on the website all pre-orders will be stored on the websites system until the goods arrive in stock. Most Pre-orders items are made to order so please allow the time frame for  production, once the order has been sent to the production stage we are not able to cancel the order. As soon as your order arrives into us we will send you an update of your order by email. If your order consists of a pre-order item then the whole order will be sent together we are unable to split orders. Please Note pre-order dates are only an estimate and can be changed due to our production or supplier delays.
