Postage and Delivery Information

Most of our items are delivered with a courier, courier companies do normally require a signature. Delivery is 4-7 business days and you are agreeing to be available for delivery when scheduled, some items are very fragile and failed deliveries can cause unnecessary damage. The courier will only hold your parcel for 4 days before returning the parcel to us. All deliveries are to the customers door, couriers will not take items inside the property as they are not insured to do so.

Large Furniture and Extra Large Mirrors

All furniture items and extra large mirrors are sent with a specialist furniture company or on a pallet depending on the product and your postcode. The specialist delivery company will collect from us then consolidate van loads for areas before contacting you to arrange a suitable day and timeslot, delivery will be to your door only. Please add a contact telephone number and email address to your order when purchasing furniture or mirrors as the specialist delivery company will need to contact you regarding your delivery. Please allow up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery before contacting us. Low or high areas of England and Wales delivery can take slightly longer . If your order is delivered on a pallet this is a drop curb / driveway service and it needs to be taken off the pallet so we would recommend you have someone to assist you as the driver may not help. If there are any restrictions that a large HGV/Arctic vehicle cannot get to your address, the pallet will have to be delivered on a much smaller vehicle and a charge is added for this, due to the delivery being designated to your address only. If you require your order quicker than the up to 15 business days we can arrange a 3-5 business day service which is chargeable please contact sales@chicinterior.co.uk for a delivery quote. We do offer a white glove service to some areas of the country which is room of choice and disposing of the boxes, this is a chargeable service please contact us for price sales@chicinterior.co.uk

Scotland Delivery

There are additional charges for all parts of Scotland for larger items the checkout will calculate this for you when you enter your address details. All Large furniture and extra large mirrors/clocks will be delivered to Scotland on a pallet, this is a drop curb/driveway service, we would recommend you have someone to assist you as the item will need to be taken off the pallet by yourself and the pallet disposed off. If there are any restrictions that a large HGV/Arctic vehicle cannot get to your address, the pallet will have to be delivered on a much smaller vehicle and a charge is added for this, due to the delivery being designated to your address only.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is £4.95 for all orders under £100, we offer free delivery over £100 but geographical restrictions apply, as detailed on this page.

All non mainland areas, Northern Ireland and Ireland

There are additional delivery charges to non-mainland UK or Scotland for medium to larger items, when purchasing the cart will add the delivery for you when you enter your postcode or country, please contact our sales team if you have any questions at sales@chicinterior.co.uk

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item will need to be in an unused condition and within the same packaging and box including labels still attached,  you will also need to include proof of purchase. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns postage is not covered by us, we recommend using a fully insured and tracked service for your return. If you do not have the original packaging and box the item will be non-returnable. Refunds are less any delivery charges we have incurred. If a return is requested due to the item being damaged or faulty we need to be informed within 48 hours of receiving the item and require images of the damage, we will also require an image of the internal and external packaging for any collection or pre-paid label to be supplied for the item to be returned for a refund or replacement if available. Made to order items are excluded from our returns policy and are non returnable.

Seasonal Items

When placing an order for a seasonal item whether this is Easter, Halloween or Christmas and you change your mind and do not want the item, the item does need to be on its way back to us (tracking requested to show this) before the seasonal event has taken place. This is due to far to many people placing orders using the product for the seasonal event and then returning them. We will not accept any returns for a seasonal item after this seasonal event has passed.

Seconds Items

These are items that may have some damage to them and we offer the item for considerably less than the original price, all seconds items are non returnable and non refundable.

Failed Rejected or Cancelled Deliveries

If the customer decides they no longer want the item and refuses or rejects delivery the cost for both the refused delivery and the return costs will be deducted from any refund made to the customer, cancellations are not accepted after orders have left us.

Large furniture and large mirrors will require returning using a specialist furniture delivery company or pallet company. If you are requiring to return a piece of furniture or large mirror as it is not suitable the cost involved for the collection is for the customer to pay, we can arrange the collection for you however payment will be required before a collection can be booked. Once the item is returned to us the delivery charges we have incurred will be deducted from any refund (please note this can be between £40.00-£80.00) We will not accept a courier return for any large furniture or mirror as items are not cared for and may arrive back to us in a damaged condition(Certain exclusions apply) if the item received is damaged and we have replacement parts available these will automatically be sent out to you to make your item good.

Discount Codes

All orders are not confirmed until Chic Interiors accept the order. Orders can be cancelled by Chic Interiors for any reason and a refund issued. We offer discounts codes on the website from time to time and these can be used at the checkout, coded offers must always be used at the checkout we cannot offer refunds due to the code not be used.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are available on the website all pre-orders will be stored on the websites system until the goods arrive in stock. Most Pre-orders items are made to order so please allow the time frame for  production, once the order has been sent to the production stage we are not able to cancel the order. As soon as your order arrives into us we will send you an update of your order by email. If your order consists of a pre-order item then the whole order will be sent together we are unable to split orders. Please Note pre-order dates are only an estimate and delays can happen due to production or supplier delays.
