Most of our items are delivered with a courier, courier companies do normally require a signature. Delivery can be over a 2-4 day period and you are agreeing to be available for delivery when scheduled. Orders cannot be left safe , if you are unavailable for delivery and the delivery fails you may incur a re-delivery charge or may have to collect the item from the couriers local depot. Some items are very fragile and failed deliveries can cause unnecessary damage. The courier will only hold your parcel for 4 days before returning the parcel to us.
Smaller items will be delivered by royal mail, this service should take no longer than 5 working days however please allow 10 working days before contacting us to report the parcel missing
All furniture items and extra large mirrors are sent with a specialist furniture company or on a pallet depending on the product and your postcode. The specialist delivery company will collect from us then consolidate van loads for areas before contacting you to arrange a suitable day and timeslot. Please add a contact telephone number to your details when purchasing furniture or mirrrors as the specialist furniture delivery company will need to contact you regarding delivery. Please allow 10-20 working days for delivery, if you live in a flat delivery is to the ground floor only if you require the item to be taken upto your flat door this is £10.00 per floor. If your address is the very high or low parts of England and Wales then please allow a little longer. We do not deliver Extra large mirrors to Northern Ireland, Scotland or any off-shore address. If your item is delivered on a pallet this is a drop curb / driveway service and it needs to be taken off the pallet so we would recommend you have someone to assist you as the driver may not help.
We do not send any furniture or Large Mirrors overseas.
There are additional charges for all parts of Scotland for larger items the checkout will calculate this for you when you enter your address details. We do not deliver extra large mirrors to Scotland. All Large furniture and extra large clocks will be delivered to Scotland on a pallet, this is a drop curb/driveway service, we would recommend you have someone to assist you as the item will need to be taken off the pallet by yourself.

The delivery charge is £3.95 for most items, some smaller items are free postage. Free Delivery is available for orders over £500, but geographical restrictions apply, as detailed on this page. There are additional postage charges for some medium to larger items to be sent to Ireland, NI, IOM, IOW and any off shore address this is due to the item being to large to be sent through royal mail, the item has to be sent via a courier which have a supplement please call our friendly sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to quote you accordinging.
There are additional delivery charges to non-mainland UK or Scotland for medium to larger items, when purchasing the cart will add the delivery for you when you enter your postcode or country, please contact our sales team if you have any questions at email@example.com

We hope you like our products and will not need to return them to us, however if you do wish to return your item to us it will need to be in an unused condition and within the same packaging and an intact box including labels still attached within 14 days of receiving the item, all returns costs are for the customer to pay. If you do not have the original packaging and box intact the item will be non-returnable. Refunds are less any delivery charges we have incurred. Online sales are based on the content offered by the retailer and not just the images shown, customers are agreeing to reading the full content description before placing there order. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled if you are wanting to cancel your order you will be required to return it to us within the original packaging and box. Once we receive this back a refund will be issued less the delivery charges we have incurred.
Refused or Rejected deliveries, if the customer decides they no longer want the item and refuses or rejects delivery the cost for both the failed/refused delivery and the return costs will be deducted from any refund made to the customer, the cost for a refused delivery can be upto £100 depending on the item(s).
If you have received a damaged item we need to be informed within 48 hours of receipt of goods with images of the damage, we will allow an extra 24 hours for the images to be sent to us we cannot extend this time as all couriers require evidence of damage within 3 days of receipt of goods please note imperfection, distressing marks and chips are not damage most of our items are intentionally made this way to give the shabby chic finish. We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect assembling or customers failing to read the content/description before purchasing. Online sales are based on the content offered by the retailer and not just the images shown, customers are agreeing to reading the full content description before placing their order. A pre-paid label will be provided for damaged goods the customer will need to return the item to the couriers depot and ensure the item is within the original box and packaging exactly as it was when received. We will refund your money if returned within 14 days of receipt of item. Refunds will be issued when we have received the item back and it has been checked by our quality standards team, the refund will be less the delivery charges we have incurred in sending the order to you. All items need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods (14 day distance selling regulation act) You must inform us via our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of your goods if you require to return the item. The item should be in its original condition, undamaged and with all original materials and labels within its original packaging (Please refer to our postage and packing charges policy). If a partial refund has been offered and accepted by the customer this makes the order non returnable, partial refunds are at the discretion of the managing director.
Large furniture and large mirrors will require returning using a specialist furniture delivery company or pallet company. If you are requiring to return a piece of furniture or large mirror as it is not suitable the cost involved for the collection is for the customer to pay, we can arrange the collection for you however payment will be required before a collection can be booked. All items need to be in the original intact box and packaging, boxes that have been torn, cut or destroyed will not be returnable as the box is to weak for transportation, we cannot resell the item with a torn, cut or destroyed box. Once the item is returned to us the delivery charges we have incurred will be deducted from any refund (please note this can be between £40.00-£80.00) We will not accept a courier return for any large furniture or mirror as items are not cared for and may arrive back to us in a damaged condition(Certain exclusions apply)
The buyer will be liable for all postage and packaging costs on returned items unless otherwise stated by ourselves.
Under the distance selling regulation act you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the order, if your order has left us cancellations after this time cannot be offered (please refer to our terms and conditions).
The customer is responsible for all returns delivery/postage costs unless damaged or faulty.
